He kicked her in the stomach because she was crying over her mommy leaving her there with him again. Maybe she was being hurt and wouldn't stop crying. It's suffering is over now. She's back in the arms of our Father, never to be hurt or uncared for again. What could we possibly do to make these two care? Put them in fear for their own lives, that's how! I bet he's an illegal too. Mother? This cow has left me speechless.

According to paper he is illegal. Hopefully neither one will see the light of day again. Agree that the little girl won't be hurt again. The mother. Who cares what happens to her.

More Tennessee justice coming their way. Three meals a day,room/board,tv.and internet access,medical/dental care and all paid for by our taxes. In the last twenty years, tell me one thing the state of Tennessee has done that would be a deterrent to such crimes. I am for just one public hanging of the dam lowlifes. Death penalty.my arse,it is just years of more appeals and taxpayer cost and is never carried out. I think an injection is too easy a way out and God forbid ever,let us never cause them fear/pain in the electric chair. If somthing had been done when the animal who took a pocketknife and cut a three month old baby so he could penetrate her,as she choked to death on her own vomit from the pain,maybe some of this crap would never have happened. Do your own research,don't want to discuss this anymore.....see why I stay on the Farm,Serf?

Maybe justice will be served in prison. Usually crimes like that against children will be handled by other inmates. I hope it is slow and painful for them.

I've known of a few people who were in jail or prison over the years, and none of them have had internet access. Does anyone have solid information about that one way or another?

I could be mistaken about them having internet access,heard it from another party,didn't research it. They do have and do complain about their living conditions,mail. As far as i am concerned they deserve nothing except death like their victims got at their hands.

on the flip side of a mother who knowingly allows her child to be around someone abusive is the ridiculous tennessee visitation laws. for example, you may know for a full fact your ex husband or ex wife is an alcoholic, drug abuser, is neglectful of your child, is abusive toward your child, etc. but by law until there is a court order saying otherwise, that parent has visitation rights and if you refuse them those rights, guess who is in trouble with the court system?
our children should be protected from this sort of nonsense.
i can't even read all the details in these sort of crimes, it makes me sick to think of people doing these types of things to children who are totally trusting of adults to take care of them and who have no possible way of defending themselves. it's just horrible the things people do to children.

It is possible that he did nothing wrong, she could have fallen down the stairs.

If you read the article on Rico, you would learn that he threw up and screamed no, no per the newspaper when it was said that Kayleigh was dead. The neighbors and friends state he was the loving parent, not the Mom. The little girl was scared of her Mom. Wake up, women can abuse to this level too...on drugs and in fits of anger. Abuse is just not a man's crime.

I know Rico, and I hope he dies. He is disgusting and should have never been left alone with her. There's a reason he couldn't see his own daughter.. you think Kim would have actually cared.. GUESS NOT. She could have left him, i don't believe that he had domination over her. That's just something for her lawyer to say to try and get her free.. BS! His boss will say he was never any trouble and so his 15 cousins will be here to take his place. His court appointed lawyer will probably make a name. The judge will make his money too as will the whole justice dept. And the people will get to pay for it all. Again and again and again

both of theese scumbags need to go to prison forever or be laid down for the old dirt nap. I will never be able to understand how some people can harm children for them there is no redemption. I also am vexed by these women who stay with abusive men. it's one thing to place yourself in harms way but to even take a chance with your children. sick
