Woman pleads guilty to murders

It is unfortunate that she was not sentenced to die. Her profile indicates that she is a serial killer with a bad substance abuse habit. If she gets an opportunity,she will do it again.

This women is sick, and needs to be sentenced to death. I don't think justice will be served if she has anything less. No one can take the chance of her being free again.

If drugs were legal crack would be cheap enough not nearly as much crime would come out of it and all the really hardcore addicts would just become bar and alley rats like alcoholics rather than running around robbing and killing people.

I know Anne Louise personally, visited her at the Lexington County Detention Center while she was being held on these charges, and I continue to write her at Leath Correctional Institution. Anne Louise is going to be applying for a pardon soon, and hopefully within a year she will be released. For anyone wishing to write her, her address is :

paul in sc you must not be in your mind to associate with louise gordon. she is not right in her own SICK way. and you have apparently fell for her. I KNOW this girl/woman's track record Rrecord.she is a murderer... a sick murderer! and you think she ROCKS unless you are her minister(which i doubt) you must be sick or desperate !

how can she get a pardon with the sentence she received i am SORRY but she belongs in prison she is not the sweetest although you see a different side by the way how long have you know her bet not as long as me!!!! we all pray for people to change and get help shes right where she needs to be i WILL keep her in my prayers that may she be kept under a lock and key so she cant harm anyone else.

I am the grandson of Viola Pearl Neal and I am glad to see that this waste of human flesh will never see the light of day!! It would have been great if the justice system would have done it's job long ago and put this puppy down. The family still feels the emptiness created by the loss of a wonderful woman who never harmed a soul. May God have mercy on her killers souls.

How can this happen?

In another twist to this story, the real murderer of Viola Neal and L. H. Tindall....Paul Anderson....received only 15 years last week in Lexington County General Sessions Court. He obviously gets credited for the time he has already served, which is almost 5 years. He has a projected release date of December 16, 2016. He is currently in "receiving" at Kirkland Correctional Institution in Columbia.

I received another letter from my sweet Anne Louise the other day. She is doing well. The pardon should be granted later this year. Under South Carolina law, since she's not parole eligible she is eligible to receive a Pardon. The fact that the real murderer only received 15 years should make her receiving a pardon even easier now.

Is that your real problem with Anne Louise....that she was woman enough to wrestle your first love away from you? Apparently she could offer something that you couldn't.
Anyway, I was at her sentencing hearing on July 17, 2007. I heard the whole criminal record of Anne Louise read off, and it didn't change my opinion of her one bit. Since she's been sent to prison following her conviction, I've told her in letters that I would have hate to have known the Anne Louise that existed in 2003 and prior, for she sounded like a very evil woman back then. But people change. Today, she has a beautiful spirit about her. I'll always stand by her, including after her release from prison.

Yes, the families and victims should be remembered. I've never suggested otherwise. Nor have I ever suggested that Anne Louise shouldn't be held responsible for her actions. But she received 2 life sentences despite the fact that at her sentencing hearing, prosecutor Dayton Riddle admitted to Judge Cottingham that the State could not say for sure who murdered Viola Neal. I know this for a fact because I was present in the courtroom when he said it. If I was imagining things then so was "The State" newspaper here in Columbia, for they reported in the next days edition that the prosecution couldn't say who committed either murder(let's not forget L.H. Tindal and his family). As for how she can receive a Pardon, any inmate here in S.C. who is ineligible for Parole can apply for and receive a Pardon when they can show certain "most extradorinary circumstances". Anne Louise has 10 that she can demonstrate for the Pardon board.

Anne Louise will also be filing a Post-Conviction Relief application, for she received ineffective assistance of counsel for being advised by her slimeball attorney, Cam Littlejohn, to plead guilty to avoid a death sentence that she wasn't even eligible for. There are also a couple of other legal options that Anne Louise will pursue in case the Pardon doesn't pan out, but I'd rather not publicly address those at this time.

Bottom line is that Anne Louise will be released from prison by her 50th birthday. Count on it!

As for my connection with her, don't worry yourself about it.

If Anne Louise's Post-Conviction Relief application is granted, then her guilty pleas will be thrown out and a new trial ordered. Prosecutor Dayton Riddle is already on record as saying that there's no evidence as to who killed either Viola Neal or L.H. Tindal. Anne Louise only plead guilty to avoid a death sentence that she wasn't even eligible for....she NEVER admitted she was involved in these murders. Paul Anderson, on the other hand, admitted his roles in the murders. That right there is enough to raise reasonable doubt at Anne Louise's trial.

It's time you faced what is for you the unpleasant fact that Anne Louise is going to have her guilty pleas thrown out if nothing else, and that she will be acquitted on all charges should there be a trial. She's gonna walk!!!
