Picture (which was very slow to load, for me) looks like a fencing bout. The original poster's username of "Riposte" confirms it. Just someone hawking their sport.
MY question is, after looking at the floor of the gym, is WHERE was it taken? Looks like a high school gym but I never heard of a high school team called the Cottonpickers. |

Not to be too obvious, but since the url includes the phrase "2004_robstown_tournament " I would be willing to be it happened in Robstown, TX 4-5 years ago. That would seem to point to the Cottonpickers being the team for Robstown High School, in the podunk town of the same name just west of Corpus Christi.
Why they have fencing instead of someplace more like Dallas is beyond me, however. |
