Hate to burst your bubble but yes.He did hire a lawyer to help him avoid restitution payments and he won that part.I guess the restitution laws were passed after he was charged with the crime.Granted he was a younger man then but I don't see much of a change in his attitude.If you are unable to find the documentation yourself,I can go look up the links.

Farbotnik is a Communist. The only reason he ran for the school board is so that he could illustrate radical change when nothing is really wrong with the school board. No one covers up anything and no one dumped asbestos in the raquette river.

Some of my friends and I saw black government jeeps with tinted windows pulling blue bags onto the edge of the banks of the river near the little store near the twin bridges that sells cigarettes a couple of weeks ago. We ride our 4 wheelers down there all of the time. The bags were bluish and were slimy with some junk hanging hanging out from them. They bagged them and then put them in something that looked like a safe. The bags must have got stuck on some branches that had floated on the banks. I am sure whoever picked up those bags in those government vehicles had a good reason to do it and are checking out what was in the bags..
