My parents once owned that building. When I was visiting Massena a few weeks ago, I was embarrassed by all those signs. Doesn't the Village enforce codes anymore?

A group of citizens from the meeting is foiling the information regarding the asbestos cleanup on Main Street for the Grant for the businesses. The group has nothing to do with Farbotnik. We will be attending more of the meetings for the village so there are no more of these stupid laws like Zkarka's put into affect by 2 people at a meeting!

1 I do know several things. You can't produce video or photographs showing any volunteer fireman drinking at that call or "whooping it up", because neither happened. Second is Farbotnik did in fact sue the Volunteer Fire Chief, which I notice you fail to mention was dismissed because the alleged property damage done was non-existent. And it is funny if Mr. Farbotnik has video and pictures of these volunteers drinking and whooping it up that he would choose not to use them in court when he is suing the Fire Chief. So before you lecture others about being a "dumb nut" who talks without knowing the facts you might want to subscribe to that philosophy yourself. You are correct that barbecues are not covered by the burn ban. Meaning those metal things you buy at Home Depot or Walmart or wherever which use either charcoal briquets or propane as a heat source. Anything which uses an open flame DOES violate the open burning ordinances. And besides, the volunteer fire department does not just decide to go for a ride in a truck and look for open fires. They go out to things like your "Easter Barbecue" because a neighbor or a passing car saw smoke and called 911, like they are supposed to do. You see volunteers have these things you may want to look into called lives. They work full-time regular jobs, have families, and are involved in the community. And somewhere in between work and family, etc. they manage to find time to train, get up at all hours of the night for false alarms, pump peoples basements out in the spring, etc. for morons like you so your taxes don't have to go any higher than they already are to PAY people to do the job. Feel free to leave your email address on here if you would like to provide copies of any photos. But I won't hold my breath. SO

Exactly! I actually hope this is Farbotnik replying in all of these under different names because if it isn't we have more than one severely deluded individual around here. Not a big shock really.
The sad part is if he would stick to the facts he is probably right on target about a lot pertaining to the asbestos. But then when you have either him or his acquaintances going on and on about all this and embellishing to the point where it is unbelievable it destroys any credibility he has. I was at least willing to give him the benefit of the doubt until I got on here. Very sad. And I would like to echo the request for the photos the one individual has of the volunteer firemen. Because, in your post you said that YOU had them, not that they were on Farbotniks wall. I don't think anybody is obsessed with his chicken barbecue. I think we are all VERY interested in seeing pictures, which now two different screen names have made representations that they themselves have personally seen. Here is your chance. You can prove with less effort than it takes you to post one of your mentally unbalanced posts that you are in fact not completely full of crap. We are waiting to be proven wrong.

Exactly. I felt the same way at first. After being on these boards and seeing how absolutely crazy, obsessive, and a bit evil he is, he's nothing but a joke. It's sad, because I think his intentions are in the right place, but his methods are ridiculous. |

We will give the chicken barbecue pictures to the Mayor and the newspaper so they can see how your firefighters work at the next village meeting! We might give them to the lady on the front page of the paper from the last meeting at the town hall. We are sure she would love to see them too! She can give them to Andy at the meeting!

Did you get anymore fireman to signup for being a firemen? I heard the workman's comp in Massena is the best benefit. It pays off for ever. They all brag about getting a little smoke inhalation makes the complaint look good. |
