What a bunch of whining. Rossi didn't "win the election and the first two recounts," he lost the election when all the votes were fully counted. The GOP likes to complain about Washington elections, but the fact is that they are among the best in the nation. No vote caging here. The only organized fraud in the 2004 election was by a GOP nursing home owner out in the basin who voted for his comatose and non-competent patients.
Don't count on Rossi beating Gregoire.(who btw I'm no big fan of). While there's no shortage of ignorant folks in eastern Washington who'll continue to believe the GOP lies because the only media outlet that talks about local politics, their weekly paper, parrots them, Rossi will stumble badly west of the Cascades compared to four years ago. His used-car salesman schtick is wearing very thin.
