PATERSON - A Passaic County Sheriff's officer dressed as a UPS delivery person arrested a man accused of stealing about $10,000 using credit cards he obtained with other people's identities, authorities said.

This drives people to feel negatively about their situation. Depression is one of the world's top causes for disability. That is why antidepressants are very popular.
