Teen Officially Charged with Murdering Mail Carrier

Why is this not being tried in Federal Court? A letter carrier is an employee of at US government agency. He was on duty. This idiot should face federal felony charges, and the death penalty.

Well the rotten side of Randie fxxked up the kind side of him, snack. I don't know that bag of garbage but I'd have to step out on a limb and guess that he was .01% nice guy and 99.99% a-hole fxxkup. Hey Gittem, don't you know where all supposed to feel sorry for Randie Winston? Not the mailman or his family and friends. We're supposed to grieve for the poor Randie and his terrible childhood. His mother did such a fine job of raising the boy and look what happened to him. He accidentally had a gun in his hand and it accidentally went off and killed the postman. We all need to pray for Randie and wish him well. At least that's what his mother would want us to do. Myself, I would like to help find a vein in his arm with a needle the size of a rail road spike! And if we can't find one in his arm, maybe we could find one up his axs or in his eye!

I wonder if the thugs will also be forced into buying health insurance under the 'Obama Plan'? That's going to cut into their net pay. They're going to have to work a second job to keep up, like steal cars along with shooting people in gas stations and on the streets to supplement their incomes. And, do they pay taxes on what they steal? When they go to a CPA, do they list their job as 'Street Thug'?
