The primary targets of an investigation into corruption in the Ohio Department of Transportation's District 12 headquarters in Garfield Heights were indicted this week in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.

Were they at least HOT strippers, or did they look like the ODOT folks who stand around their state vehicles eating boogers and watching traffic go by?
