i just want to say this doesn't surprise me nor do i think I'll wait to find out what happens to this guy. probably nothing i mean 4th time in 3 years hes been caught with coke and each time its more and more what ever happened to the three strike rule?. still, nothing is done, however, if I try to fix my own community service over at gardner district court,(15 hours worth) they threaten me with a 2 year prison sentence on evidence and charges that were DROPPED. if they can do that to me, why the hell can't they do this to every POS in gardner who deals? cause they don't want to do paperwork. and half of these pigs smoke too. try roccko. look at his eyes and tell me he isn't popping happy pills. give me a F***** break guys! just move! leave! it's too late. this is why your kids are into this now, small gangs of friends, wondering downtown gardner. i lived there for 12 years and I'll tell you this, it WILL NOT get better. It doesnt matter what the cops do, staties do, ect. its the courts who let them go to ease their paperwork too so they can go home to their comfy chair and drink their nice cup of coffee or gin. anybody who tries to count on the law ESPECIALLY in gardner, your wasting your time. and that other guy is right, gardner is a town of just addicts now. its a dead cause and your best bet is to get the hell out! and the best way to take care of drug dealers, is to set them up. im sure half of these people posting know half of these POS in real life and know what I'm saying is true. We have counted on the law to stop this, and they arn't even really putting effort. as he said, these small little busts do nothing for us, and how they make the cops look good i have no idea. try central street smilies. both jhon and deb house a 3rd level named bruce there who is a known crack addict. they are able to move families in without telling them their son is a sex offender. 4 couples i knew moved cause they later found out, after working for smilies for a bit, that their bosses (jhon and deb) have their son upstairs living in the building near children!! at one point there was 3 in the same building! im sorry, but the cops new. didn't care. his parents hide it so he won't get killed in worcester house. and they can make more money off the rock their son is selling! yeah. its not the cops, or the courts, nobody gives a shit cause everybody is too high to care. i won't be surprised in in 6 months, there is more stabbings, and drug related gang fights in downtown garder. all little punks. ALL of them they know what they are doing. we just need a new members in the court, remove the old ones, and the same with the police station. then see after 6 months how they do. gardner is a death trap, you'd be wise to move your family out asap.
