If you tagged on my house, car or baby? you wouldnt want to know my reaction. we dont tag on houses cars or babies! you guys here about ONE kid on the news for some stupid vandalism stunt and you immediately get the thought in your head that we're all like that. You should care more. It's YOUR taxes too.

erm... about your artwork...Look, I know how it is - the relentless need to create. I understand needing an outlet, to let the world know how you are feeling by way of creative expression. As an artist myself, I can relate to having to respond to that immediate need, as urgently as you need to breathe.
With all of that, said: I really wish you had knocked upon my door and asked me, "Hey lady, do you have an extra canvas?", rather than creating your art
UPON THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE.
I can say, honestly, that it never occurred to me to leave my creative mark upon someone else's $400K canvas. But wow, talk about an effective piece of performance art!
Though, honestly, let's talk about your piece: while I am impressed by the subtle hues that you have employed - the silver is quite muted against the blue of my stucco, giving it almost the effect of a subliminal message - your technique seems to be inconsistent. You start out with gusto, demonstrating great enthusiasm. However, by the end of the piece, you seem to give evidence of having lost interest, and those final strokes emit almost an apathy, an indifference toward your work. Maybe you were discouraged by the inadequacy of the canvas?
I am a little disappointed that my mortgage payment could not provide you with a bigger blank canvas, but perhaps the fine people of wealthier neighborhoods would be willing to accomodate.
Thank you for your fine contribution to the world of art, The Homeowner

I guess this "Bush" guy wants everyone to believe that it's some for of art, and that said art is only a form of a protest against corporations, and thus, it makes it acceptable. He also seems to think that we're all so stupid because we believe the "lies" that society brainwashes us all to believe.
I'm guessing, but probably correct in assuming that this guys about 28, lives with his parents, and works part time at some head shop. Any extra money he gets he spends on spray paint, and Phish tickets. He's probably on the "Elect Obama" youth program, and watches the "daily show", with Jon Stewart for his news. I'm sure his "art", is about corporate greed, and the struggle of his generation. Bla bla bla bla, same ole' hippie bullshit.
Bottom line BUSH, your story is an old one, and nobody here is buying it. You ruin property, and deface the community. Two years ago, some like you tagged my wall that I paid $15,000.00 for, and I waited, and waited, and they came back. Well, I caught two of them, and let just say, their doctor bills that their parent probably paid for were well over the 15k. BUSH, you have to take the shitt with the sugar. WE'LL BE WAITING!

Come on - he's not rallying behind Obama or anyone else because he's probably not registered to vote, and he doesn't watch Jon Stewart because the jokes would be too lofty for him, and Phish? Really? No, he's probably a gangbanger wannabe listening to hip-hop lite....
This ain't no hippie, Pops.... this is a thug-in-training....

Taylor you took the words right out of my mouth. Graffiti marks gang terrority and wannabees use it to show how macho they are. It's a crime and a huge blight. If the taggers are young then the parents need to also be held responsible (if the parents can't figure out a way to keep their kids out of trouble there are places to help parent and admitting you need help does not mean you failed as a parent. If you don't ask for help and can't parent your kid then its a different story.

Bush are you an illegal? Many taggers and gangbangers are here illegally. If not I figured you were a tagger or gangbanger because as the saying goes though dost protest too much. I hope they catch you and your gangbanger or tagger friends and you go jail for a very long time and pay up to restore the building your friends destroyed by tagging. Defacing a building even if you don't shoot or kill someone in the process of a crime is an illegal activity and you guys and your parents need to be responsible. If you are here illegally go home and graffiti in your own country. If not hope you go to jail. Aside from the kid who the paint, don't forget a guy was killed by two taggers. Do a crime, do the time. Vandalism is illegal. I really don't care what you think. If you deface you're a criminal. End of story.

Bush, why don't you state your position without being so cryptic? Maybe you can win some people over by taking a stand for what you believe instead of acting as if you are so above the people you consider to be media zombies. Do you defend these vandals or do you just feel that people should be more worried about bigger issues rather than to be so focused on what you perceive to be lesser problems. We don't expect you write a book but try explaining where you stand for those who are willing to hear you out.
