If you have money for drugs, then you have money for food...
If you have children that you can't afford to provide healthcare for, then you shouldn't be able to lean on productive, taxpayers to pay your bills, while you get high...
If you receive any public aid: medication, healthcare, Link, WIC, or any type of "welfare assistance", even college grants, you should be subjected to drug testing...
Just my two cents...
Drug Test ALL Public Aid Receipiants!
