Again Rose, the blacks had an Amendment, if you would like one for same sex marriage, you should get one. Blacks were still required to marry someone of the opposite sex just like everyone else.
And saying the "opposite sex" is like saying "the same race". A man can marry a man, but a woman can't. That's not equal.
