FMS Bank, formerly Fort Morgan State Bank, which has quietly called Greeley its second home for the past year in a small office complex at 1919 65th Ave., will open a second location in October.

There's a very good reason Greeley has lost it's locally owned banks and that is over extention and poor placement of CEO's (or should I say poor choice of who is placed as CEO). It is not untruthful that there has been a lot of corruption in our local banks over the years.
Perhaps the small town values brought in from other areas is not such a bad thing.
