I see they're charging the woman who killed Roger Rodoni with involuntary man slaughter, even though she was not under the influence and had a clean driving record (as far as I know). Missy, however, has three prior DUIs (wouldn't that be three strikes??), no license, no insurance, and was lighting a cigarette when she hit Craig. Of course she didn't plan to almost kill someone that morning but her driving record should be proof enough to put her away forever, if not hang her high! I hope that our justice system does its job RIGHT this time!

You're right, she didn't kill anyone, this time. Missy is very lucky. Maybe if we don't take her off the road it will be your family she hits next time. Think about it.
