Drive thru will remain open! Don't know if playground will survive. New McDonalds opening in Granite Falls across the street from Clark Tire/Advance Auto (Hwy 321)

There are vehicles wrapped around the building,for the drive through. I go inside,and half of the staff appears to be on break. I even had one of them cut in line in front of me,so that they could order while on their break. I know they don't pay great, but they could have a little more respect for their customers.

Then the manager finally took my order, turned and waited for the guy to make it. He was in the back mopping. Finally he stopped, DIDN'T wash his hands and made my big mac, putting the middle bun on the bottom with those nasty hands and no gloves. The manager threw it at me. I notified corperate but they never responded. I won't go back.

What is sad is the only time you can get decent service is late when the hispanic crew is working. It's hard to understand them in the mic but they never screw my food up, it's always hot, they keep the line moving even during the 2am drunk rush. If you go anyother time it's just pot luck at whats going to happen.

The only time they get your order right is in the middle of the night. If he was mopping and did not wash his hands and made a hamburger one could only wonder what else your eating.
