Man charged with soliciting minor online

I, personally, know one of the accused people on the list and know that he was just placed on "probation" that would be "expunged" for his record in Dallas for a like charge in late April or early May 2008...was the court not aware of this charge when they sentenced him? I am angry that the court is releasing these predators with no rehab...when they know they have a very risk of being repeat offenders and are doing nothing to protect young girls and giving them nothing but a slap on the wrist and then "expunging the record"...

Publicize this judges name on every avenue you can in your community. Do everything you can so that he is not re-elected! We need to eliminate these liberal judges that are allowing criminals such as this back on the street!

That is EXACTLY what needs to be done!
