I don't believe they forced it down her to drink it ! Doesn't she deserve some responsibility ?

It is a very sad thing to have happened. If she had not been working in a place like that, she might still be alive. But SHE made the choice to be there and she made the choice to drink and then drive.

It's just that it is not right to BLAME someone else for her unfortunate situation. It was her choices and her decisions that put her in harms way. I am tired of people always looking for someone to file suit against at every given chance!

Why does she have to be trailer trash? Hello, many women work in "strip-joints" doesn't mean they are trashy or low income. Damn where do yall come up with this? At 20 we do some stupid things, we make mistakes. Maybe that's all she thought she was able to do. No she should not have been drinking, but are you going to sit here and say that you never drank efore it was legal? I feel sorry for the family that I do, but she does have a role of responsibility and so does her employer. Before you have another case of Diarrhea of the mouth think before you type!

While I have never been into a strip club, I do know a lot of people that have worked in one. And no, they do not make you drink and not all of them are trashy. Some of them are actually well off because they do make a lot of money shaking what there momma gave them. So you are telling me that a male stripper is ditry/trashy. No, you would probably assume that they are gay while in fact that most of them are not. her life was in her own life. If you listen to the tape tehn you would realize if she had told the 911 dispatcher where she was at first then she would possibily be alive today. I do feel for her family but she was old enought to make her own decisions.

At times you have to be responsible for your actions. You can't continually blame someone else. Nobody poured the liquor down her throut !

She’s already going through enough. She just lost her little girl. If she wants to sue the owner...Let it be. It doesn’t happen to be any of our business. So what if she had a little too much to drink. I’m 99% sure all of us have had a little too much at times. Ok…so she chose to drive. I’ll admit not the smartest decision. But if God had wanted her that day...he would’ve gotten her no matter what. If she didn’t die in that accident he could have just as easily gotten her that night. It sickens me that yall would bash her for working at a strip club. If you needed the money I’m sure you would do the same thing. Ugh im soooooo sickk of ppl ragging on others. Read the constitution. It states that “all men are created equal.” It doesn’t matter whether your purple, blue, black or white. If you’re a stripper, teacher, singer, or preacher. God still loves you. Take a step back and put yourself in her shoes… would you like to look down and read about how people think you are trash? Do that and then decide what you will say in your comment.

It is the law suits that we are all fed up with! I am not judging her. I just am sick of people filing suit at every opportunity. The parents should be morning her death. Not looking to collect money for her death.

So sad i used to drive down that road everyday. They need to put more pressure and regulate on these situtations.

I made several hugely idiotic mistakes when i was 20 and am so grateful that i did not have to die because of them. I put myself in harms way more than once. At 20 you think you are invincible, despite knowledge to the contrary. All of the warnings, horror stories, and even personal knowledge somehow don't completely sink in.

I also have knowledge of how things work in a bar setting. The people in charge usually know exactly what was going on, and even if they didn't directly serve her, they will make it so that everyone looks the other way when someone else sneaks them drinks. The owners/managers realize that the more relaxed these girls are, the more money the club makes. The bottom line is always money, make no mistake about that.

As far as the name calling goes, lay off. This girl had a family and people who loved her. Her actions while working there should not define who she is. It is hard enough to go through the loss of a child, the insensitivity of those who didn't even know her does nothing to help the grief process.
