I would like to know if you have rented your house yet? My daughter is renting in Kokomo on Elizabeth Street. So far she has had her mower stolen and her house broken into and her flat panel tv was taken. She doesn't feel safe in her house anymore. Please let me know. Thanks,

what about the house on philips that is for sale?you could buy it in 10 years no credit check or anything.something is up with that

$625 month, $600 deposit, all carpet except kitchen is vinyl and 3rd bedroom is tile. Tenant pays all utilities including electric, gas, water, sewer. washer dryer hookup, detached one car garage, we provide gas stove and fridge, you can search 1935 Lynwood on Craigslist and see my ad and photo.

hell at 625 a month plus utilities a house payment would be cheaper these days.How much more can you screw a person over?

Wow a whole 25 dollars off rent?They still paying utilities?You can still find a house out there to buy and have a cheaper payment than 600 a month.

I've been trying to determine what areas to look at and what areas I should avoid. Looking to relocate after the first of the year. Schools are important from middle school thru high school.

I am still staying with a co-worker in Noblesville, the Schools seem to be good and are newer. I am trying to postpone the family move till summer since our home in Mo. has yet to sell. I am leaning towards renting for a year, to see how things pan out. I will be living in one of these 3 districts, Noblesville, Hamilton Heights, Western. Western is close to KTP,,,the other 2 are on average 35-40mins from KTP. I have been driving the 35 mls to the plant and its 98% descent highway all the way and iis that much closer to Mo. Hope that helps ya some...
