Motorcycles are a legitimate means of transportation and it is the responsibility of motorists to ensure that they stay alert and watch for riders. That being said, motorcyclists need to do their part. Be safe, be visible and wear a friggin' helmet. No matter what, a motorcycle is at a severe disadvantage in the event of a collision. Motorcyclists need to keep that in mind and always ride defensively.

ok enough of all your jokes.why does it matter if he was illegal well he is legal he is going through alot.what if it was someone else would that made a diffrance..you was not there the young man on the bike was going way to fast... no one could have done anything..the father of my kids witch was the driver of the mustang is takeing this hard...so instead of your rude comment why dont you pray for both men.

Regardless if any of these people were legal or not, there was a life lost- a father, a husband a friend...and whoever was in the Mustang, is I'm sure going through some things now, it doesn't matter who's fault it was...a life was lost, and peoples lives were changed forever...The only thing that should come out of this is to learn that WE MUST all be safe on the road with each other...Prayers to all involved in this

Yes it matters if he is legal! We are a nation of laws and because politicians want to ignore them so Wendys and all the other employers that employ illegals get slave labor willing to live in substandard living situations lowers the living standards and pay for all Americans!

Who is going to pay to raise this mans children and replace his income? The tax payers probably. It matters who is at fault. check the link. Illegals are a big drain on our society and on our victims and families. Get a clue people

hope full the young man had insurance on his bike..i know this will not take away the pain or bring the young man back this was a total accident the man young man was going so fast he flew through the red light on georgesville and hall...there was no way anyone could have done anything this was a freak accident for the young man on the motorcycle..

Armando Barraza is 43 yrs old. His age has been comfirmed. There is no legal way he can become a U S citizen at the age of 13. The numbers don't add up, and math never lies.
