Obviously you have your rights, but you obviously don't have any morals. If you were related, you wouldn't be gossiping about it on a forum. You would stay off of it. All I was saying is the hurtful comments need to stop. I'm in college and if you're picture said anything you're an adult, yet somehow I feel older. I'm just going to stay off this site because unfortunately it's people like this who make me sad to even come home.I'm embarrassed to say it's where I'm from. No wonder Gallipolis is considered a village now.

You show me a post where I was gossiping about this guy! The facts were stated that he was arrested and expedited back to Ohio. It's public records and a fact. I simply gave my opinion. If you don't like it, then tough! Also, you obviously like to hear the 'gossip' or else you wouldn't be on here. A lot of nerve you have to talk about my morals while you defend a person accused & arrested for such a nasty crime.

I google searched for news and this site came up. That's how I got here in the first place. I'm not defending him AT ALL, but I'm not going to bash him online. I'm just saying the hurtful comments need to stop._U_Care isn't the one I'm mainly addressing with the "hurtful comments" bit. I've tried to stand up for whoever is involved (primarily the victim and families and friends of both people centered in the case NOT THE CRIMINAL) but it's probably not going to do any good. It just really makes me sad that people have nothing better to do than check topix and post things about people. Goodnight, Gallipolis. It'll be a while before I'm back.

Oh, and it's collegiate.. just so you don't have to pick up a dictionary, Julie. You're right. I couldn't resist :) that was my rude, nasty comment. Now I'm done. I've got better things to do with my life.

So does anyone know what ended up transpiring in this case? Last I saw was from February saying he was trying to get the judge to throw out blood and semen evidence?
