It's bad when you gotta sleep with a gun close by if only the police would be doing there jobs the way they should be instead of sitting an waiting on someone to be going 5 miles over the speed limit maybe we could enjoy life a little better why even have a police force if they can't keep us safe an it's sad that it's our tax dollars being wasted

A friend of mine rigged an alarm out of a refrigerator light switch. When thieves hit his shed again, every time they opened the door a light would come on where he sat to watch tv late at night. He caught them in the act right then and there. One even got a taste of birdshot.

Since you are some dumb kid,(more then likely) why don't you go to school, further your education, become a cop or politician and see if you can make a difference? The OSHP only has the jurisdiction to do traffic related stops unless called in by the sheriffs dept for back-up. I, personally feel sorry for police officers, they are under paid and over worked. These men and women who protect us, put their life on the line everyday so you can prop your feet up and b!tch about them on Topix. If you think you can do better, give it your best shot, Nicole! I have lived in gallia county my entire life and the one thing that I can say about gallia county or gallipolis cities finest is that they are more worried about domestic violence calls then they are the crack dealers we had to run off out of our neighborhood ourselves....after we called them twice with not a two hour wait....oh no no no....they never bothered to showed up at all...gave them the male, model and tag number on the car the first time....guess what??? We had to call again!!! To no response....AT ALL!!! The crack head down the street sicks her dog on somebody...calls the cops to press charges....and guess what...???....20 MINUTES!!!!! Cop come flying in here like his ass was on fire!! Makes u wonder....I'm just saying...????
