Tourist question

While on a one day trip to Grand Isle, I saw a beautiful tree that was straight as an arrow and looked to be some type of pine tree. The needles seemed to be pointing up and the limbs were evenly spaced like a thin branched christmas tree, does anyone know what type of tree this was?

It could be a Norfolk Island Pine. Search the internet to see if it's the same one you have seen.

The strange looking pine tree is a Norfolk pine. They grow well in the north and south!
