Feces on free roaming dogs is a norm. Most will roll on top of it and a dead decaying animal as a sign of marking their territory. With kennel dogs it is a sign of not keeping the area clean. They have never been free to have learned. If you are breeding and selling them, wouldn't you want to keep them clean? Plus no water?
