This proposal is ridiculous. It is another "Big Brother" tactic that upsets many just to please the few. Maybe these people will quit driving their car putting out emissions that kill off the air quality as a reasonable compromise. Yeah right.

Why should our goverment have something to do with what a private club wants to do behind its privately built doors? Especially when dues are paid and the public is not welcome??

IF YOU CAN NOT SMOKE IN ALL THESE PLACES IN CHILLICOTHE, THEN WHY ARE ALL THESE BUSINESSES ALLOWED TO SELL THEM? THE CITY IS MAKING MONEY OFF OF THE SALE OF THEM. SO THE CITY CAN AND WE CANT. WHAT IS RIGHT BOUT THAT?? WHERE DID OUR RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS GO????

I bet there are more people in Chillicothe that DON'T smoke than do smoke. An I bet a good portion that do smoke, are not old enough to buy them.
