I am in Oneonta and I have a heart for all the feral/stray cats and stray dogs here. People just dump off animals all the time, and I feed them, take them to a shelter or vet...but it should not be this way. I'm not from here and I have never seen anything like this, how people won't take care of cats and dogs. How they just dump out a litter of kittens as if they were trash! It is heartbreaking.'

I agree! And God Bless you, animal lover for your kindness you give to these poor animals.

We all need to do our part. A little action by a lot of people would go a long way.

Hi I live in Blountsville and I am wondering is there any programs to help me get my cats fixed. I have 1 boy and 1 girl both are from the same liter and will be 6 months in a few more weeks. I am worried to death. I can not afford anymore kittens. I took these in due to someone dropping the then pregnant mother off in my area. I kept these 2 considering they stole my heart, I would have kept all but I just can't afford all of them. So these 2 are getting to the age of mating and I am just so worried. I am not giving up my cats, I love them more than anything and so does my son.
I am currently unemployed due to health issues and I have applied for SSI but that could take years to get approved. SO if you can please provide me with information of free spay and neuter in this area, please let me know thanks in advance.
And GOD BLESS all who take in our beautiful animals that some scum decides they dont want cause they either get too big or get tired of them.

There is a spay/neuter clinic in Birmingham, they will come to Cleveland and pick up your animal and return it the next day, they are listed as Alabama Spay and Neuter Clinic online or in directory assistance. They charge about half the price of a vet, but if you call they may be able to help you out with whatever you could pay. They are very nice people.
