Money talks, buisness walks. If your not on the planning comitee you can't protect your buisness!I beleive if they can keep all others out, it will force people to purchase from thier buisness. Local banks won't back a buisness unless your in this loop. If you have your own money and wish to invest, yes they will take it but you'll be sucked dry with the burocratic bull xxxx that goes on in this closed door political do as they wish town. Thats my view.
