Missouri may seek death penalty against Sheley

Good he deserves the death penalty! He should not be able to way away from this one.. he needs to SUFFER!

Bah thats the easy way out. He should be made to live his entire life behind bars. Baby killers are treated just as badly as child molesters. He wouldnt have a very easy time of it in prison.

i knew the lady he murdered personally, and she was an amazingly kind lady. this man should suffer the same torture he put her and her husband through or worse. The needle is too kind for him.

It should not take over a year to convict a murderer! Put him in a state prison and tell the other inmates he killed a child and an old man. I will bet he will not be alive in 6 months or sooner.

If the inmates were to find out what he did, the convicts would destroy him. He will most likely go to Tamms super max facility down south. He will be by himself and locked up 23hr a day. When he is out for yard it will be in a cage with full restraints. If for some reason he got seg. Alot of times they get doubled up. The order will be given to kill him or be killed. Unfortunatly the child molesters are pretty safe. They are kind of their own little community. What Nicholas did was beyond forgiveness even for the sickest convict. His case is very well known and he will be taken care of sometime.

I agree somewhat with your above statement. But only the inmates he is housed with might, might get at him and not becasue of the elderly of the crimes but because of the one little kid. More than likely he will be locked up safe and sound from harms way. Ad Seg doubled up maybe in the movies but not in real life. Ad Seg is just that and no grren lights are passed because ad seg is for homos and snitches and if your caught kiting to them or talking your green lighted all in ad seg are already green lighted thats why they are there duh.

They double up segs at stateville and some other. They also double up pc inmates. Yeah it's not like it use to be so he will most likely go untouched unless he gets hit from some gang. He is affaliated with the latin kings so that will be who he runs with but most likely they will not back him and may possibly hit him themselves because he broke their code. They don't back cowards that kill toddlers or babies. He will hide out and try to be deemed crazy and get segregated with other crazies that way he is the smartest inmate in the room. It will be interesting to see what happens. He is costing tax payer way more than the state average.
