Police logs - June 10

Kevin E. Pendleton, 42, of 66 Ibis Lane, Groton, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation, second-degree unlawful restraint and risk of injury to a minor.

So how is it that a military man can go rape, sodomize, strangle, threaten and do everything else they did and not go to jail? This is only one case and yet my sisters was worse and isnt even really being heard just added to this one. He was charged but they are saying they dont believe he can be put in jail. If hes not put in jail then the USA is covering his ass. Somethings not right w/ this picture. Someone needs to help cause hes just gonna keep doing it.

I personally know him and I would be completely shocked if the accusations are true because he is so nice and doesn't seem like the type of person to be violent.

You obviously don't know him very well, there are pictures to prove what he did. I say amen to the previous comment, justice needs to be done on behalf of the victims, they need protection from this type of behaviour.
