to me theres no difference if their going to keep pocket bikes off road then they should do the rights of scooters too they shouldnt be on the road a pocket bike is bout the same thing as scooter does nothing different then a scooterit has same power doesn't go any faster or has lights every thing scooter has a pocket bike has it just looks different but people need to wake up and realize that and see that its not right really if you think bout people shouldnt be able to ride scooter either you think bout all these drunks and drug abuse people get them a scooter and ride with no licence at all no tags no insurance or nothing and then they say you cant have nothing like this on road it would be different if you got out on it and acting stupid and not carrying what you did ,not looking our for yourself not following laws on it or something like that but i see how bad this place is its alful it really is this might not mean a thing but its a opinion every one has one and i wanted to voice mine thanks and have a great and blessed day,take care and god bless!
