Why Geneseo?? Why not Mt Morris?? Isn't that being prejudice? Like RIT giving free schooling to City Residents??

Hello???? It's the college getting the money not the town. Why would Mt. Morris get anything? The village of Geneseo will not benefit from this donation at all.
