North Georgia Equipment Sales

The owner of North Georgia Equipment Sales has stolen millions of dollars from investors. As of Tuesday morning, he is no where to be found. The police are involved and this will be a criminal case of fraud. Does anyone have any idea where Wendell Spell may be or have you seen or heard from him.

This is the second time I've been taken like this. It took me two times to finally learn.......Listen people, make this lesson your last. Never again will I invest in something like this. Naive of me to be taken again after such a painful lesson last time. My total loss in scams like this is now $50,000. Half of my total assets gone to cruel, greedy a holes. Kiss it good-bye.

Well, then I guess you are aware that he has two prior felony convictions in the last 12 years for doing this same thing in Virginia and NC. This explains the reason, he is an experienced criminal. Just too bad so many families are affected and have lost everything this time including his own family.

Yes, we were one of the many that have lost lots of money and we are cooperating. The FBI has actually taken over this case and in addition are considering offering a reward to help find this criminal.

In addition, after all of this unfolded on Tuesday, that evening I got on-line and ran his criminal background and found the two prior convictions....God do I wish I had known this before and can't believe so many people were roped in and also didn't know. I will be glad to e-mail these reports to anyone interested in seeing them that's involved.

We did the same thing but actually found FOUR felony convictions- all related to obtaining maoney and/or property through false pretenses and a felont bad check charge thrown in for good measure.

These were the postings by the nephew, I'm guessing he had them erased.

What a tragic situation. Wendell is the victim of insatiable greed and so are you. No one was blogging when Wendell was paying 3 and 4 percent interest a month. Wendell and all of you deserve whatever you get.

My heart breaks for those individual people and companies that, in good faith and with the expectation of being paid for their services, have been left holding invoices with no recourse but to the hope of being paid. My heart breaks for the family and friends involved in this mess who have been rocked to the core of their belief, not only in Wendell but also in their theology. My heart breaks for the last “investors” who got involve, not because of the return of investment, but because a friend was in need and they had the ability to help. I feel bad for those who have been profiting by what Wendell has been doing, but now have lost their investment. However I find it a disgrace how some investors / people have been behaving, removing, what they believe to their “assets”, from company grounds, from family private property, with no concern to other investors and not to mention, what has made this country so great, the rule of law.

But through all this, whether you are family, friend, investor, believer or not a believer in Jesus Christ, GOD, the creator and owner of everything, is still in control. He was not surprised by what Wendell did or didn’t do. He is not worried about the future or how He will get His money back. He is God and in the fullness of time this to shall pass. GET A GRIP PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Wendell, this is for you. If, as you have professed to me many times, you are indwelt with the Holy Spirit, what a terrible place you must be in. I can not even begin to imagine the pressure God is putting on you right now. The ray of hope is that God will and does discipline those He loves, His children. You my friend are not thinking clearly. You have stepped onto this slippery slope of sin and are sliding down and may not even know it. Please Wendell, cry out for help. Fall on your knees to God, humble yourself before Him. You of all people know He is faithful and will help. Yes, you have a lot to answer for and you alone, with help from the Holy Spirit, will have to walk through this, but you can do this. Wendell you have often talked to me about the legacy you want to leave, stop for a moment and look were you are at. Is that the legacy? Please come home because “for who has ever resisted the will of God” and “If God is for us, who can be against us?”

Father I pray for all those involved in this situation, for strength, for wisdom and for discernment. I trust in the knowledge that you are in control and that in the fullness of time this to shall pass. Thank you for showing us again that if we put our trust in men or created things that it will all fail and burn away. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to walk the walk we have been professing to others. Thank you for allowing us to see what faith fleshed out looks like. We love you and trust you. Why did you people think that this was a good deal did anyone ever think of asking for some financial information or was it just greed---Please help me understand
