Do NOT hire this man to do ANY work for you. He is a liar and will not be honest with you regarding his work. The work is shit and he will NOT stand behind the work and correct any problems.

Come to find out he has screwed many people and will screw you if given the chance.

He is nothing but trash that talks a good game. Buyer beware.

This is nothing new. I don't know how the man continues to get work.

This seems to be the norm with Stewart Fencing. LIES LIES LIES!! He doesn't pay his help either. He is a theif, a liar, and a cheater. I hope no one else gets caught up in the bull crap he and his female "helper" seem to bring to the area.

so what its probably his daughter so get over it.....everybody wants to dog somebody out for something...any work ive ever seen that he down looked great especial when its a grant job and has to be inspected when hes done so why dont you get over your personal issues with him and stop doggin his work...

No it's not his daughter. it's his girlfriend.
Has he done any work for you? If not, what you've "seen" is irrelevant. If You don't have any dealings with him, you don't know.
Getting inspected may be the only way he will do it correctly because while you may think it's a personal issue, I assure you it's not. Its all about someones work and their word.

Nope just the first post about being an unhappy customer and the blah blah post. I'm not talking shit, just telling of my experience. Somebody said I had a personal beef so I replied to explain it's over a business deal not something personal. I could care less about his personal life.

What makes you think I haven't gone to him?As a matter of fact I spoke to him many times over MONTHS to get it resolved. Your the one talking shit on this post and what your not hiding behind the internet?? Oh and I do like your cute name calling ya little bitch. I told of my experience with hiring him and Im done with it. If you want to hire him again you go for it. That's your decision. But anyone else that ever does a search for his name will see this and will understand there are people out there not happy with the works he leaves you with.

This is Dannys gf and i am 22. Jason i know its u posting this bs. Danny does a great job fencing...and Jason if u had not have been such a ass by posting that all over Facebook about the $25 ticket at the store he owed for 3 days maybe he would have put those 2 simple panels up. Danny is a great fencer. he never posted or aggravated u over the "stuff" he gave u that u owed him for over a month.

Danny is not a theif cheater or liar. if u really knew him u would know that....he is very honest man

Well where to begin?
Just so we are clear posts from unhappy customer and blah blah are from me. Not any of the others. I'm not here to talk shit, just explain my experience with the fencing company. Im a little old to call names and spread rumors. There is nothing in my posts that I can't show or prove about the work done, and how many times i was lied to about getting it finished. Want pictures? The fencing job and being lied to is all I was referring to. Don't think my posts were not hard to figure who it was on accident.
Let's start at the beginning.
 
-What did I post "all over" facebook? The ticket you are referring to was at least 2 weeks old not 3 days. He swore twice to be in later that day to take care of it. I messaged both of you privately thru facebook after not seeing him for awhile. After not hearing back for a couple days I posted on his page to remind him. I did not bash him I just asked him to stop in and take care of it because I had not seen him. Of course no replies. When he did end up sending someone else to pay it, i took it off his page. Its not like i could call, the phone was disconnected. So is it bullshit to ask for it? Well I'm sorry but I believe it's bullshit that I even had to ask. 
-Let's move on to the work I PAID him for. 
While Danny may be a great fencer, any job that you will not finish once paid in full, is shit work and a bullshit contractor. When I have to finish what I paid him for, I doubt im going to be real happy with him. Is that hard to understand? Referrals work both ways..good ones can get you all kinds of work, bad ones can cost you alot of work.  
What you call a couple panels...
3 fence posts that were never cut off, barbed wire not finished, I have tposts missing, I have tposts pulling out of the ground. I have sections of fence bent over and creased at the bottom. I have a fence that will not keep things in or out because of the missing "panels" that were never installed in the ditch. The old fence barbed wire they cut into to install the new fence was never tied back to the new fence. I'm sorry but you do this for a living, know there's cattle on the property and you just leave it and don't even mention it to me? Non of them are a huge deal but not being taken care of = Shit work. I will admit that if he would have fixed these things the fence would have been beautiful. But he did not finish. That's the problem. He was given sufficient time to do this..see below
Let's move on...
He would have fixed it if I didn't post on Facebook? That's a good one. The final check for this job was cut on 6/22/12. I posted about not being happy with the work on 9/18/12. By then I was over it. The posting on facebook was not till around the 18th of September. What was he waiting for Christmas? Almost 3 months of him telling me he would get it next week. Say what you will, but from a professional contractor, that is bullshit. So what do I do as an unhappy customer? Take him to court? No I decided it was just better to let anyone know that looked him up what kind of product I ended up with. Anyone asks me I will tell them the truth. I ended up with an unfinished fence from him. The 3rd time he told me he would meet me there and didn't show up as I waited there, was when i had enough. 
- Now my absolute favorite. 
Why don't you please explain to me what this "stuff" I OWED him for was? Which i can promise you is another lie. Cmon you can do it. I have nothing to hide. Oh and don't conveniently forget you started this portion of the conversation.       

You should never hire a contarctor to do anything if they don't have a Contractor's License and insurance. I did say a business license I said a Contractor's License and make them give you a copy. Otherwise you get what you pay for.

unhappy customer choose your words wisely when refering to his "girlfriend" just for future reference this is someone who love her "unconditionally" and don take kindly to harsh words.

This is an Internet FORUM. This is set up for open and free discussions. To discuss any topic that includes questions, comparisons, and polls of opinion as well as debates. It is not uncommon for nonsense or unsocial behavior to sprout as people lose temper, especially if the topic is controversial. Poor understanding of differences in values of the participants is a common problem on forums. I believe that people like "unhappy customer" has the right to post their opinions after all this is what the forum is set up for. However the small comment that was made last "yea it’s me" was not necessary not to mention spun way out from the whole conversation. The fact that the whole conversation was a very relevant discussion of an unhappy customer that obv. felt they had tried every way to deal with the situation besides resorting to court(which he clearly stated wasn’t his intentions).I am however curious is to why you felt it necessary to point out that you loved this man’s girlfriend unconditionally and that you don’t take kindly to harsh words about her? Despite what has happened between the contractor and the customer, when she decided to make her comment on here made her fair game from anyone else to comment back to... So since she has stated she is of age puts her up there with every other adult. However her post as I read it was full of blame and really didn’t give any answers besides the fact that she was 22...the "grown up" response would have been to contact who they assumed was posting and took care of the matter privately or to responded to the post in a matter that indicated they didn’t appreciate the way he posted and could they talk privately to resolve this matter.. But this is not what she did she came at this person with the purpose of attempting to humiliate them by using a name and his business. Sounds like if she was more mature with her comments she might not be so quick to take center stage over a matter she clearly has no intentions of honoring... and I would like to also add that any contractor that has lost business over his work or lack thereof, or the people that work for him costing him a job might want to question his own priorities. This was obv a business deal and it doesn’t matter how good a person is at something if the job isn’t finished how you can expect someone not to be upset especially after paying.
