Do you expect everything to be perfect while they are going through their transition? Its a new system for the employees. It will take a little while for things to get smoothed out its only been two weeks. |

citizens bank will charge you if you use another banks atm and will not refund any fees that the other banks atm charges. thats not fair because they have very few amts. thats the change on my acc. that i dont like. i have to go to another bank to save that money. i use alot of amt. love the people at the bank just not the banking

Okay, so I am now charged more for regular checking account, earn less on savings account and may only make 1 withdrawal per month without a fee, no longer have a "Christmas Club account" but their solution is an account that takes my monthly deposits and puts it in an account "like a Christmas Club account," (from which I cannot access my money until November of next year - yet, I'm not paid any interest on my own money and I must pay them $6/mo to "help me save money.") Eeeewwww, what a deal! Greedy sons of Beaches! I'll be banking elsewhere.

by law you can remove money from a savings acc. six times a billing month without being charged a fee. if a bank is charging you a fee or telling you that you can not get to your money less than that then that is the bank five and dime you reg d

They never charge me for taking anything out of my savings. Now as for the christmas club they will if you withdraw before a certain date but thats why its a christmas club account. But i have never been charged for a withdraw from my regular savings account.
