These pageants are a total joke. Grooming young women to think they can get by on their looks and some mediocre talent is a waste of time and practicality. What message does this send to those who are not fortunate enough to have the money for those $1000 pageant dresses and cosmetic enhancements. Additionally the judges are typically former beauty queen wanna be's that never made anything of themselves. Nauseating.
