Cost for State Fair Move Could Drop

A legislative committee has approved a deal that would cut $1.5 million from Grand Island's costs of moving the State Fair there from Lincoln.

Instead of the legislature making allowances for Grand Island be cause they couldn't keep they end of the agreement on a deal that was never voted on by the public and forced down their throats the legislature should abandon this foley and leave the State Fair in Lincoln and tell UNL to use the property across from the Lancaster Event Center, instead of pushing their weight around.
