The story from court is that Gary will only get 30 days unless the victims can convince the judge otherwise. So lets get with it victims start by showing up at the meeting with the AG's office at the town hall on 5/5 at 6:30 pm. Then find out how you can make yourselves heard by the judge before sentencing. Leslie Baker will only get probation. Whatever happened to the other 2 that were arrested and charged along with Gary and Leslie? they were not even in court. As far as Gary having to fix the septic systems, he has already taken your money for that so it will not cost him a penny. What kind of justice is that?
