Firing all the wrong people in my opinion. They need to start at the top dawgs.

I agree. They did suspend a supervisor and he got to come back.I cant wait til all the new people come in.....new drama and headaches!!!!!

not sure.we have a new plant manager but apparently he does not call the shots. Because the old plant manager is still hiring/firing.

I think probably a combination of all of the top dawgs make a unanimous decision. They pretty much have the same way of stupid thinking.

I heard that one of the office girls went to jail here a while back and she had been fired from her last job for stealing.

I think it's pretty darn sad that they hire so many people and they can't give them enough proper parking room

I heard they hired some gang people from Union City TN and Hickman KY. That could cause some real problems if you piss any one of them off. In picking dept. and assembly. Shouldn't ferry morse be more carefull on who they hire?

They dont give a crap who they hire. Heck some that have been hired are supposedly on a no rehire list......but guess what...they are back. A body is a body if it means getting a product out and works in favor of the company. One stupid girl was fired today for texting on her phone. Last time she was fired was for insubordination. Forgot what the 3rd reason was for...but yet they continue to bring these stupid non-productive twits back! As far as gang members....they wish they were that tough. Bunch of stupid punks trying to imtimidate people. On the other hand a lot of good decent folks have have been hired and are doing a great job.Save your silly childish gang crap for the streets and try to grow up and think about your future for a change and not because someone looked at you wrong. Gimme a freakin break!~

as for the girl who got fired today,as far as i am concerned she has not given ferry morse a 8 hour day the whole time she has been there....str8 out LAZY!!!! As for gang people not sure who they are. But if you had said druggies i would have said almost everyone there is!!! Some they told they could not rehire b/c they were felons and yet they are hiring them everyday.I am glad they are at least trying to enforce some rules there..but some have been hired in who think they know it all. As 4 cell phone users....there are ALOT of them and i cant wait til they get caught...its like they dont understand the rules. Or they think they cant be replaced.But for every1 working there there are 2 waiting to take their place. Just come in and do your job....then clock out and go home,how hard is that?
