How is the fulton county jail? I'm from northeast of there and I know someone in that jail and was just wondering how good or horrible it was?

It's highly corrupt place ran by a highly corrupt jailer & staff. It's a real hellhole to say the least. Parnell steals monies from the jail & half starves his prisoners.

I hear they dont let the inmates out to rec or give them clean clothes and sheets but once a week.Is this true?

true. but one hour per day for rec. usually at 7 am without a coat no matter what the weather

Has it really been approved? I mean I cant see the dept. of corrections approving rec with no coat in cold weather or half starving the inmates. Do you work there Chad?

It is the most unorganized detention center that I have ever seen I mean I drove about and hour to see a inmate there and it took them 15min to find him then on top of that it was the weekend and we was supposed to get a 30 min. visit and all we got was 15min visit were they counted the time that THEY looked for him. It's just a mess I wouldnt want my dog staying there plus it look like it hasnt been updated since it was built. Plus the visitation room isnt any bigger than my pantry. Im trying my best to get my friend transfered frm that hell hole.

Well, if your friend wasn't a low life you wouldn't be there visiting! Remember when you are a criminal you should be treated like one.. It is not up to us to provide a castle and let them live like a king.

look they get outside more than just one hour in the morning, I used to walk at the grave yard in the afternoons around 5 or 6 and they were always outside then, and yes when it was cold they had jackets on. good grief, they shouldnt get special treatment they committed crimes!!!!

Those were state inmates(felons from all over the state) who have their own cloths county inmates go to rec in the morning and have no coats and don't technicly go out its a block room about 12*12 W/ a greenhouse style roof but its still outside temp. and in the summer its a sauna. |

Has anyone been in Fulton jail in the last couple months? My soon to be ex-husband was there and they moved him and he says he dont know why and we think he is lying.
