Here's a lawyer, Judge, and court evaluator trio... Judge Michael J. Naughton, Ralph C. Shelton, Esq., and child attorney Robert C. Bergen, Esq. Then there is the OC Dept. of Social Services and certain Social Workers i.e. Mrs. Patricia (Patti) Ince. According to this social worker, Judge Naughton has disallowed a child the right to report any/all physical abuse by an abusive father to law enforcement... she goes on to say that a father is allowed to hit a child with his fist leaving marks, which they deem is within the normal course of child raising. She continued to claim that Orange County aka the Orange Curtain is a particularly conservative County, and that all complaints against the parent/child reporting abuse will result in a private meeting with Naughton in which she'll recommend to Judge Naughton that the assaulted child be removed from that parent. Of course, the emotional and verbal abuse suffered by said child at the hands of a Social Worker like Patti Ince is horrific. But then again this woman claims that Judge Michael J. Naughton has instructed her to do so. Is there any wonder as to the connection between OC Judges and OC Social Services? They're criminally insane and create bogus cases against the "losing" parent in order to perpetuate the never-ending funds from the State/Federal Gov't to Orange County, CA. Is it true the State laid-off 300 Social Workers/Probation Officers?

Of note: it is a better strategy to complain of the court's psychologist rather than bringing in your own psychologist. The court will file complaints against your psychologist with his licensing board and therefore jeopardize his career.
As to the report, it is typically a recitation of hearsay statements sough to be admitted in evidence against you. Typically, the psychologist may never actually meet with collateral contacts but say he did. Telephonic contacts are typically the only effort these psychologists make and they confuse what they hear.
In court, they will hide their resumes and curricular vitae and testify to matters designed to shape litigation. The court will preclude challenge.
Take action. Respond. Fight!

You have to fault your local appellate division for participating in a federal money grubbing policy (CSSA, CAPTA, VAWA and ASFA) that allows the trial judge latitude to do anything he wants.

This phenomenon is rampant nationwide and is akin to the cash for clunkers program. A minor federal handout generates incredible new debt and destroys what once was.

Anybody read about the 4 yr olds father who shot and killed the mother due to OC Superior Court's decision to give her sole custody of the child against the father's wishes? Just another casualty of the OC's Family Court granting custody to the in order that the OC Social Svcs be ultimately awarded custody of a child which had two parent until the OC Family Court became involved. Why they aren't rotting in hell is beyond me. Can someone identify the OC Judge involved? Please never stop, and make this (another story of parental alientation and injustices against children known). They are the scum of the earth. Has anyone noticed the inordinate no of cases in which there's a parent, child, or family suicide/murder? The OC Family Court thrives on this. Write your legislators the prohibit funding to Orange County, CA. It's a must. And report every bit of misconduct to your Federal Agencies... Our children depend on it.

And in fact, the entire nation needs to write the Calif. legislators on behalf of taxpaeyers who foot the bill for what they do. Every citizen in the US should be a part since it could easily happen to them and their own childrend. Write the US Senate and expose these crooks.

Pollard missed the boat again.

If the father had been left alone to get his doctorate, his enhanced income would have supplied the child with good living throughout the child's minority.

However, Pollard took the short term view of grabbing the father's child support sooner rather than later. Why?

The federal government pays a "matching" amount to each state for child support enforcement. If Pollard rushed, then the federal amount would have been paid to California sooner. California needs tons of money for its budget shortfalls.

So this death was caused by the interloping of the federal government into the lives of middle class Americans. Had there been no interloping, Pollard would have likely ruled that his student's salary would have sufficed for the time being and the long term gain in income would have been a desirable objective.

Lastly, Pollard, Silbar, Naughton and the family law commissioners in Orange County strictly march to the beat of the federal money drum. None of their cases are based upon an assessment of the actual merits of any case; but rather their cases are fashioned with an eye for federal reimbursement unless a connected attorney represents the moneyed spouse. In that case, the rules are reversed and the ordinary winners become the losers.

This federal influence over state law cases permeates the United States today but is nowhere more obvious than in Orange County, California.

Here's another issue w/Judges like Naughton. My case, a 9 1/2 year old daughter ripped away from her mother. Child ends up on the hospital on at least 2 occasions near death, in which said hospitals were told to withhold reports about the child's well-being and prognosis, etc.... Then said child ends up befriending a male classmate at age 11, and due to negligence on the parent having sole legal/physical custody, awarded by Naughton, ends up pregnant at age 13 by said boyfriend. And what would this pc. of shit do with the lives of not only the alienated child but that of the grandchild. Would he order an abortion while withholding that information from the losing parent, aka the grandparent? That's what's happened in my case. Due to the alienation of the caring parent, the child was vulnerable and without supervisin from age 9 1/2. This coward should be hung by his tiny winy balls and castrated to say the least for what he's done. But that's not even enough... Naughton also sided with a 2 time child molestation offender in collusion w Social Svcs in LA, Ventura, and Orange County, CA. I hope this bastard and any like him rot in hell. There's no excuse. He's America's dirty little secret gone public. Keep the fight and never stop. And in fact, lobbyists should forever use his name in atrocities committed against the most innocent of souls, our children.

And remember that the essence of the scam pulled on families is extremely simple.

There is no appellate intervention in the family court judicial decision making process because the appellate division provides the psychologists and children's attorneys to the trial court.

So, the judge may decide to go with either litigant. A connected attorney can swoop in and the judge will find that attorney's client "credible" and the loser "not credible". So, the entire case falls on the judge's determination of credibility.

The results are permanent, irreversible and destructive.

My children are with a child abuser because Naughton said he believed the father was not arrested over minors council the man is convicted. I have called the LA times and the Orange County register, CPS and a few names also. You can steal my home take my money but you will never have one of my children found dead... The OC sherrif submitted a false subpeana that he was not arrested well how can you be convicted of a non arrest he was arrested 3/26/08 I went into court 3/28/08 hired minors council he told the judge he was not arrested he believed him although this man had a past of violence upon his children and wife he was convicted on 8/15/08 went in again..... naughton stole my house everything but he will not be a part of any of my kids found dead OC sherrifs shame on you there were 5 arrests at that address in that short time

As you can see we are all powerless over this corruption. At the very end I hired minors counsel with borrowed money. Pollard ordered a 731 eval in 2002 Naughton ignored it in 2007 the father has been convicted of child abuse and child endangerment. He has several past offenses and readily admitted to them in front of the judge. I was forced away from my children it was leave or end up like Nicole Brown. My children live with the convicted abuser while I cry everyday for my children. Naughton also signed my home over to him and after 20 years I was left with nothing and when I met my husband he had nothing and just filed a BK. He has stolen me children my life my utter trust in anything and everything I ever believed in in my life. When we supeana'ed the Orange County sherrifs for the arrest records on my ex it said he was never arrested when in fact he had been arrested 3 times and convicted at the address in question. My attorney said she could not believe the corruption and backed out to save her own career. No one cares at all its all about money and my children are right. Every time someone fails to help they get it worse so let it be right on speaker phone outside the court house the attorneys heard it but no one has any morals. I know GOD will put them all on trial one day because as a mother I have done all and more than anyone could do. CPS has told me they have never seen anything like it and all they can tell me to do is to go back into Naughtons court???? How does this make sense Go back into court, you mean go back into OC against him and infront of Naughton.... I showed all of these papers to many professionals that are ashamed this can happen in America and I have seen a gown man cry saying he is sorry after he gave me all he had and hes 75 yrs old and mum and papa have no retirement in Canada. I dont think there is anything that can be done except pray and accept now.

Authorities on Tuesday identified the four victims of a murder-suicide that took the lives of a mother, her two daughters and their grandmother in San Clemente on Monday.

Elizabeth Fontaine, 38, her daughters Catherine Fontaine, 4, and Julia Fontaine, 2, and their maternal grandmother, Bonnie Hoult, 67, were found dead Monday afternoon in a home where they were staying in a gated community in the upscale Talega community, said Jim Amormino, a spokesman for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

Each was shot and died of a single gunshot wound to the upper torso. A handgun was recovered at the scene, but authorities said it was unclear who fired the shots.

Officials are investigating the slayings as part of a child-custody dispute. The family was visiting Orange County for a hearing Monday during which Superior Court Judge Thomas H. Shulte gave temporary custody of the two daughters to an aunt, and the mother was instructed to return the next day, according to court records.

The family was found lying together in a hallway on the second floor of the home after deputies arrived shortly before 2 p.m. Monday, Amormino said. Their bodies were situated so close together they were touching.

“There’s no question the two children were killed first, and one of the adult females is the killer, which is unusual by itself,” Amormino said.

He said the girls’ father is not a suspect in the case. "The father was nowhere near the crime scene," Amormino said.

Amormino said the victims were in town from Houston for the custody hearing and were staying with friends Kevin and Leslie Herbert, who lived in the rented house on the small cul-de-sac with their young son.

Just an hour before sheriff’s deputies came to the house on Calle Sonador, next-door neighbor Rebecca Vandehei, 43, said she heard a high-pitched cry from what sounded like a young girl and wondered what was going on.

”It was like someone was waking up from a nap or didn’t like something,” she said.

Vandehei said Herbert told her that he realized something was wrong, got out of the house and called police.

“He had heard something that bothered him and told his wife to leave,” Vandehei said.“He heard them talking about some plans and shortly after that police came.”

Investigators are awaiting autopsies, which should determine how each member of the family died. If classified as homicides, they would be the first of the year for the city of 61,000 just north of Camp Pendleton, according to officials at the Sheriff’s Department’s San Clemente station.

In May of 2008, two young women, their parents and their grandmother killed themselves in their San Clemente home using Vicodin, sleeping pills, antidepressants and a gun. Police closed the case after a six-month investigation.

On Tuesday on Calle Sonador, investigators made their way in and out of the home and mourners placed flowers at a gate in front of the home, Vandehei said.

“I’ve been lighting incense since sunrise,” she said.“It’s the little girls that I think about. I’m a little spooked. It’s nothing we would expect out here.”
