County Checked on Boy Found Dead

I have sat in Judge Naughton's courtroom on numerous occasions; he has one of the worst judicial temperments of any Judge on the Orange County bench. I know that he had to attend judge's school in May, but I have not seen any change in his brash, outrageous temperment. He seems to hate his job and it is reflected in how he deals with his cases.

Judge Naughton gave my highly abusive ex-wife a 5 year restraining order against me. He's allowed e-mail that has been faked and without headers as evidence.

It seems that Judge Naughton is not a fair Judge, does anyone know what courthouse he actually resides?

I find out hes a member to a domestic violince council and that makes him higly biased.

I really feel bad for this little boy. However, I do think that this judge has been really fair when it comes to handing out Restraining Orders. He makes wise choices. He can see right through those who are abusing the Restraining Orders and those who REALLY need them. He's a GOOD judge!

We recently decided to move to Washington state with our 2 children 13 and 16 who have lived with my wife and I for the last 10 years, boy and girl, i did the whole go into court, ask for move away order, mother blocked it, so we ended up going through a long battle with her and got the move away temporary order, i moved to Washington, my family was moving 3 weeks later, i then get a call from minors attorney that the judge has now given another order while i was not there and gave the mother custody in California, this is a woman that never finished 8th grade, has a drug problem, on and on and on. It is now 3 months later and i am heading back to court on the 13th of March to let him know that in these 3 months, I have only talked with my daughter 4-5 times, the mother has let her get kicked out of 2 different schools, has not tried to parent with me at all, and this is a straight A student now getting c's and D's. hanging out in the park with friends till all hours, this is not the girl we were forced to leave with an unqualified parent in california. I hope he really reads what i file.

If you read the article carefully, it was the father who asked for the Restraining Order against his wife. It turned out that it was the FATHER who was abusive, not the wife. What's more, he also murdered his very own son! Now, tell me, did Judge Naughton make the right decision to deny his Restraining Order request? I think he did.

Since the wife never asked for the Restraining Order, Judge Naughton never gave it to her. That's a shame because that would've *maybe* prevented their son from getting killed by his own father!

Judge Naughton has denied Restraining Orders in the past. I've seen it happen a number of times when I watched him in the courtroom and I still think he's a fair judge as he only grants them when they are necessary.

I stumbled on this comment on the internet about judge michael naughton. It is like deja vu. My youngest child was abused by my ex-husband and his girlfriend he met in rehab. My son came home repeatedly with bruises on his buttocks. The girlfriend even admitted several months later to "spanking" my son. She signed a declaration under penalty of purjury. I lost all custody for making "false allegations" of child abuse. This judge has repeatedly dismissed my attempts in court to even assert my visitation. Me and my older son have not seen him in 3 1/2 years! It's like a bad tv movie. And this judge was honored last month! I am sorry to hear that this is not an isolated incident.

Judge Michael Naughton is at the superior court in Santa Ana. I do not know what his motives are but they are not for the best interest of the child. My youngest son was being hit and tormented by my ex-husband and his girlfriend that he met in rehab. He repeatedly came home with bruises on his buttocks. I lost custody,having won it initially for making "false allegations" of child abuse even though the girlfriend came forward and admitted to hitting my child. She even signed a declartation under penalty of purjury! This judge has repeatedly blocked my attempts to even enforce visitation. Me and my older son have not even seen him in over 3 years! I have sat in his courtroom on numerous occaisions. He has no business making decisions for children he cares nothing about. His style is to choose a parent and vilify the other to no end. And to think he was honored in January 2007!

Reading all of your comments, it's interesting to see that he does not give out Restraining Orders and allow more visitations often enough. I am so sorry that your children had to suffer as a result. All I can say is he seems to only give to those he thinks deserves them.

Well, take it from me. Richard Roehm was the highly abusive one to his ex-wife. He's the one that told the judge that he has more than one gun in his house after a witness told the Judge that he (Richard) was planning to buy a gun to hurt his ex-wife. Plus he's embarrassing himself in the legal system. The Judge asked a couple deputies to escort his ex-wife and attorney out to their cars because he was out of control in the courtroom! 5 yo restraining order is what she needs. He's still harrassing her and her witnesses and who knows who else would send a certified mail with return receipt requested to one of his ex-wife's witnesses threatening them? It's illegal to tamper or harrass witnesses in an ongoing issue.

Judge Michael J. Naughton...A true psychopathic criminal. This Judge is involved in the Orange County bankruptcies time and again. This Judge participates in money-laundering, insider trading the Federal Penison & Welfare funds in collusion with other Organized criminals. This Judge attempted to have me thrown in prison the rest of my life when he deliberately and falsely accused me of Welfare and bank fraud. And he and his gophers/flunkees steal by way of Community Chartered Credit Unions. And in fact, he's been reported to the US Dept of Justice, the FBI, the Attorney General, CA, the Governor's Office and far more. This Judge stole everything I had including all my furniture, my identity while he pilfered my retirement using my identity, he stole my vehicle, my clothes, my medical/bank records, then he took my young daughter, whom I haven't seen in 2 years because she'd reported that she'd been sexually abused by her step-uncle. This Judge is a thief, and he has wasted taxpayers money while he money-launders the pension fund. He is responsible for the largest municipal bankruptcy in U.S. history. This Judge is dangerous. I know because I caught him with his hand in the cookie jar. And I immediately reported him to the Federal Government. This Judge belongs in prison for years to come.

Judge MICHAEL J. NAUGHTON...A criminal on the bench. This Judge befriends any criminal available to him while he steals children, pension funds, money, and anything available to him. His motivation is money-laundering federal pension/welfare funds, insider trading, etc... His agenda involves any scam known while using children as his pawns. I haven't seen my daughter in two years and he said I'll never see her again. It's not about any child, it's about how much a child is worth...which is why he pilfers welfare/pension funds in collusion with Social Services and other White Collar Criminals. It's not about any child's well-being, but about how much money he can steal from the Welfare/Pension fund in collusion with Child Protective Services because of a child's monetary value. He's a stalker who surrounds himself with low-lifes who do his dirty work for him. This Judge should be incarcerated the rest of his life for his crimes against humanity. NOT.. This Judge money-launders with criminals. A true psychopath. There is no fair and there is no best interest for any child while this Judge presides in Family Court. It's about the welfare/pension fund available to him. This Judge has no conscious whatsoever. This Judge would steal the food out of your child's mouth in a snap. And in fact, this Judge stole and used my identity on Federal Pension funds theft/fraud in collusion with Child Protective Svcs intending to have me thrown in prison the rest of my...intil I caught and reported him to the State/Federal Government. Be careful...he's a stalker too. Rethink your opinion about this serial psychopath. Get the facts, and sit in court. This Judge knows nothing about fairness, and he's simply not interested in the best interest of any child other than the monetary gain associated with children. This Judge should be prosecuted for his "crimes against humanity". I know because I've been there over 7 years with this Judge, and of course I reported him to the State/Federal Government.

LOL, Holly certainly has severe mental issues or she wouldn't be repeating garbage 5 times. I am not convinced by those statements just for that reason, alone! You only need to state it ONCE, not 5 times.

Besides, Judge Naughton is still a very fair judge and knows what he's doing. He wouldn't be stupid enough to do all the things that Holly has accused him of doing.

Holly, go get a life and leave Judge Naughton alone!
