Just know he's still locked away and cannot harm another living free sole from behind bars. No one is going to cough up $10 grand to bail this POS out so hopefully he's stays there. I did read where his attorney is trying to reduce his bond (denied so far!!!) and that would be a mistake since so many people have his picture on their bumper.

This was my son...I was there and I hope that justice will be served!!! This waste of human has taken not only an innocent little boys life but we now have a life sentence without him. I feel that the judical system has already failed my son for letting this waste of skin out of jail back in June of this year. He is a habitual criminal and should be shown no mercy!!! We will be there the day of his sentencing and my voice will be heard. RIP Zachary

This guy is a true waste of space and a burden to society. What kind of person does such a heinous unforgivable act and then leaves and still shows no remorse even to this day! The very least he could have done was to own up to the horrible unrelentless pain he has caused Zacharys' parents, sister, family and friends. He will never have to live without a piece of himself like they have to. It makes me sick to think that he even has rights what about Zachs' rights to be an innocent child. This guy could never suffer enough as far as I'm concerned-NEVER EVER! I hope the judge that granted he be released early never has a restfull night again, he had the power and obligation to lock this guy away to keep him from doing harm but he chose not to. My heart goes out to Charlie and Amy to lose their sweet angel is unimaginable!

On May 5th,'08 Judge Michael Johnson give him 90 days of which he had already served 67 for his fifteenth felony conviction. Twenty three days later he was out. The court system should be on trial for continuely releasing these menaces to society. They were so glad to let him out the even
let him make special reduced payments. This is one big money game, prosecute, defend (they don't even need pubic defenders) the deals are made between the prosecutors and the judges. Probation checks keep coming.

Go to Lake County Court records and you can pull up this career criminals Lake County history. Lord only knows what he has somewhere else.

Family, It want bring Zachary back but get you a
real lawyer from somewhere out of this crooked county and sue them all. They always blame the state sentencing guidelines for every grave mistake they make. But they deviate from the guidelines every time they want too. This might
make the prosecutors, judges and all responsible
for their actions somewhere between malfeasance
or misfeasance.

I just recalled another hit and run that the media and maybe even law enforcement seems to have swept under the carpet. Back in May in south Lake county 14 Yr old Megan Hensley was struck and killed about three AM. Media reported someone
turned in the Nissan SUV in Hillsborough county.
Not one other mention has been made of this little girls death since May 18th. Who was driving this vehicle? was it some of Lake county's elite? Somebody please help this family bring this killer to justice. Don't let them cover this up.

I vaguely remember that a woman from Polk County was arrested for this atrocious act. Also know that Kenneth Edwards is still locked up after several attempts by his APD to get his bond reduce have failed. His next court date is 12-5 so we'll be watching so please keep him locked away Judge Hill.

I just checked the court records and I do not see where they reduced the bond to allow him out before trial. Probably because they realize many people are watching this one. They have already
allowed way to many menaces to be turn out on decent society. Keep up the watch the Judical
folks do not care about regular society. they love to tuen any animals aloose on us any time they can, they just don't like to be caught.
Watch them, and get a good lawyer (if there is such a thing) from outside this crooked county.

They arrested Paul Wright last night for the hit and run death of Megan Hensley. It took a long time but justice will prevail in the end.

POS is in court today... http://www.wesh.com/news/19992756/detail.html

I hope he gets life in prison as a habitual offender because if he ever gets out I want to be there to pick him up for a oneway trip to the forest.

He got a life sentence for leaving the scene involving a death, 15 yrs for vehicular homecide, and 10 yrs for driving while license susp. He had no right to be behind the wheel of that vehicle since he did not have a valid license. He brought this unto himself and only has himself to blame for where he's headed until he takes his last breath.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Leo

You'll be action-oriented today, Leo. If truth be told, intense physical activity has the ability to soothe you much more than frenzied mental exercise. Invitations to madness are the wrong thing for you, but they are tempting nonetheless. Dig in your heels and do what you know you have to do. When driving this evening, take extra care.
