Frostproof ,Fl jail

I have heard that the inmates food supply has been cut down, that they don't get feed enough any more,Why? And I hve heard that when an inmate ask for toilet paper they have to wait, what are they suppose to use why they are force to wait? they may be inmates, but they don't need to be treated like they have no feelings. Someone should look into whats going on inside of the jail.

people are being mistreated in that jail, not always by the inmates. I know people who say the gaurds have done things to them. this should be looked into.just because people go to jail, doesn't make them an animal.

My friend just got sent there for two years . Im really worried about him going there, my friend Andy
said that only - familly - can see him? Is this true ?

I don't agree with not feeding the inmates but they should have to do something in there to earn their keep. If not bread and water would be just fine for them.

Going to jail is the punishment for whatever offense a person has commited.It was never intended for guards and jail personnel to treat inmates badly once they are there.In other words,losing their freedom is supposed to be their only punishment.They are not supposed to be punished more once they are incarcerated unless they intentionally commit other crimes while they are there.

the guards think they are jesus,and they rule everyone and they treat the inmates bad! everyone has feelings! everyone needs respect!

polk county is a piece of shit county. the jails are over crowded because they are putting people behind bars for little stupid shit. im not a bad person and i feel i deserve resepct and while i was in jail in bartow i was treated un-human like!! the cops in this county make you want to do something crazy. i have actually called the police for help and came out of it getting myself in trouble when they were suppose to be there to help me!!! i have no idea how polk county has became like this, but something really needs to change before it gets out of hand!!

If people followed the law like 95% of the population, they wouldn't be in jail. I have no empahy for these dirt bags

I have heard from a very reputable source that Polk County may embark on a new policy to help save trees which are greatly depleted due to the huge amounts of toilet paper used and wasted by inconsiderate Polk County inmated. This new policy would intail the issue of a reusable lubricated latex finger sleeve which could be rinsed and reused. This would be issued with your welfare kit when you are initially booked in.
Regarding the reduced quantity of food. This is directly related to the toilet paper issue. Well, I don't think any further explanation is needed on that subject. 5733

Sounds like a perfect reason to obey all laws.

The guards probably don't think they are Jesus; they probably know they're the authority figures in charge of those whose actions showed they have no respect for the law.

It seems your reality check has bounced.

first of all..... the word jail. it dose not mean hotel,,,rest home....or private club. its jail. the only ones who complain are those who did a crime and are now put there by a judge. if the officers were to be kind to the inmates. it would not be jail. the person in jail is there to learn a lesson. and not come back. but most do. the prisons have a time that all inmates come to where all of the hygen items are put out tooth paste toilt paper. they are all called to report for these items on the intcom. if you dont show up you dont get any till the next day. then its news paper day. all officers are to be strict and ferm at all times. they are not there to baby sit you because you got your self in the mess to start with. stay put of trouble and out of jail. and then you have nothing to worry about. now that is just jail. if you really want a ruff time. go to one of our max prisons. you will hate your self for the rest of your life. manly if you are a weak person. because big al is waiting for you. betty
