Well it looks like UT aka University of Thugs has recruited another banner crop, as far as having an attorney it's my understaning they keep one on retainer in the AD Office's for these circumstances. They spend more in lawyer fees per season in all sports than the UofM entire athletic program generates in an entire year.

Yes they should and I hope they are. Unfortunately, some school will pick them up like Oregon did a few years ago with the running back (name escapes me) Fulmer let go over domestic violence. Such is big time college ball.
