yea I know it is canceled and that is why I am willing to sell......I am willing to take a beating on this to move it......I have 72.5 acres .it really is a steal at my price of $725,000.00......dont lose out on this bargain...just let me know and I will contact you

10,000 an acre is nothing when you have this great location to develop....as you know may retailers look for property near interchanges.....as i said this is a steal.....if interested you need to advise before the price increases

this property that I have for sale as referenced above will be coming off the market by the end of the year if no one wants to put a bid....I have 72.5 acres and listed at $10,000.00 per acre (which is really a steal)...however I aM willing to reduce the price to 9,500.00 per acre to move quickly......if this property does not sell I will be starting a turkey raising farm which will be very near Paoli..I plan on starting on house construction in Feb....I know some wont like the smell but since no zoning I will be able to move right along with this project.....so if interested in this land you need to bid right away..........
