Someone obviously has an issue with this young lady, as well as the former chief probation officer. If this complaint is valid, why not make it through the proper channels? Anonymous "muck-raking" in a public forum is cowardly. I know several probation employees and they all speak very highly of the new chief. As a Yolo County resident (and tax payer) that's good enough for me.
