Rory Kuenzi, suspect in Waupaca deer killing, at center of 2004 hit-and-run fatality investigation

I stand by what I have said above. I get scared just looking at the mean look on that guys face. I do believe the Judge may be afraid of the guy(s). I do hope he has to face charges and I hope he gets the MAX!!!!! Why should he be allowed to screw up this whole life and Others people get Murdered and hurt and he abuses and kills animals. Animal abusers are also known to go on to kill people. Which he clearly has already done. And yet he is out of jail. The Justice System sucks. I do hope this is taken care of the right way because they need to pay for their actions. It just is'nt fair to everyone involved here. Being Kevins family first of all. I hope they appeal and these people get what is coming and get what they deserve.

Check out our dear friend Kevin Mccoy's case from 2004- Rorey was involved in Kevins death. He struck him with his car and was let free after a 48 hour hold i believe. Why is he set free and given the allowance to roam around that town? And now, look what he has done to those deer! If kevins death was truley an accident on Rorey's part. then he has had 5 years to plee that. They now have re-opened Kevin's case and he will get the rightful punisment! Now that is NOT in Waupaca county's hands we ll have faith it will be sorted out.

I hope he does get what he has coming to him. I hope he gets the max sentence for doing what he has done. And who knows what he may of already done and was never caught. It is not fair. In the end if the proper officials dont punish him GOD will.

In the military, the Waupaca County justice system would be known as a bad unit. First thing the Army does in a bad unit is fire the commander. That would be John Snider in this case. I think it is possible the filing of charges that wouldn't stand up to a first year law student's first day of research was DELIBERATE. After all the Kuenzis have managed to intimidate at least 20 witnesses (in the Kevin McCoy murder) to keep quiet or ELSE. That's what I call influence. And John Snider is all about influence.If you have influence, you're sitting pretty with Johnny-boy; if you don't, you can rot in your grave unavenged. That might explain the lack of follow through on that accident reconstruction that sat on Snider's desk, lunch date after lunch date, for a couple of years that would probably would've involved less phone tag than it takes to find out why Junior's teacher wants to talk to you.

Or try to get the sheriff's department to put someone into protective custody when they are a danger to themselves and others, as reported by an entire neighborhood (at least 9 households phoned ) over the span of 3 days; person was committed at least 3 times before for mental health issues and was showing signs and symptoms of uncontrolled paranoid state etc. At least 2 mandated reporters phoned at least 2 times each. "Snippy" dispatcher asked one if there were weapons in the home, reporter responded "Yes, full sets of kitchen knives.(this was relevant to the threats reported) Dispatcher: "No, I meant firearms." 1) don't tell me knives aren't weapons. Last "unsolved" murder in this clusterf*ck county was result of stab wounds.2)This dumbass argued with the caller that in a hunting family in rural Wisconsin one shouldn't assume there are firearms in the home, instead of immediately sending a cop out to check it out and keep this person from hurting themselves and others. The County is lucky no one died, because they would definitely be named in a wrongful death suit for that shit.
In Waupaca County if you don't vote Republican, show up at the fundraisers, own a horse or ply people with their favorite form of recreational habits, you don't count. John Snider and the personnel down at that fancy courthouse prove that everyday.

WOW. Someone could defend this monster? I mean besides for monetary gain. If I were Rory's family I'd be careful what I'd say in his defense, because there must be something wrong with you or anyone that would defend the indefensible.

Folks understand if you love your family member, but if y'all want sympathy for yourselves or him, better face up to truth of EVERY EVIL THING he is part of and fix it. Oh wait, you can't take back dead. Nevermind. Go tell it to Jesus, that's his job not ours.

The State Republican Party needs to find someone to stand against DA John Snider in the primaries. I don't know if it's incompetence as much as indifference to us, the not so well to do of Waupaca County. And if it isn't incompetence,or indifference then it might be deliberate. Influence. Think about it. Pressure's on, John.
