This is ILLEGAL!!! Juvenile records are not public records. Nor should be in print for public viewing. This is out landish and the So called editor of the Carrollton Forum, should be ashamed of its self. As for the Carrollton Forum should be sued for its careless, frivolous actions. COME ON PEOPLE!! WHERE DO YOU DRAW THE LINE!!!
