Cans for Collars launches new program at local animal shelter

Cans For Collars, an organization that helps the Harrisonville Animal Shelter, launched a new program this month called Seniors for Seniors.The goal of the organization is to help older dogs and cats get adopted.For anyone 55 or older, Cans for Collars will pay $20 of the total fee.
