Judge it!
I want to build a deck for my place in the village of freesoil. The deck will be freestanding and not attached to the house. Do I need a permit? If so, where do I need to go to get it? I live in Chicago and am only able to get up there on weekends, wife permitting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
